Dax has 12 years experience as a personal trainer, and the last seven years as a holistic health practitioner. From his late teens to mid-twenties, Dax struggled with a slew of health challenges from chronic physical injuries, health problems and depression.

Motivated to overcome these hurdles, Dax was introduced to Paul Chek, international expert in corrective and high-performance exercise kinesiology. Chek’s work inspired Dax to start his journey into the world of holistic health and healing. Seven years later, Dax integrates a holistic approach when coaching his clients by using Chek’s 6 foundation principles of how to think, breathe, hydrate, eat, sleep and move.
